I had an absolutely fantastic experience buying my car from Jennifer! She made the entire process easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. This was by far the easiest car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Jennifer was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to walk me through everything in detail. I especially appreciated her attention to detail, patience, and non-pushy approach. She genuinely cared about making sure I understood the car and felt comfortable with my purchase. Even after the sale, Jennifer followed up to make sure everything was going well. That level of thoughtfulness and customer service really stood out to me. I also had a great experience with the service center when I brought the car in for a tow hitch. They were polite, professional, and even provided me with a loaner for the day. I would absolutely recommend Jennifer to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. She is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and truly cares about her customers. Thank you, Jennifer, for making car buying such a positive experience!

Subaru of Morristown is about an hour and a half ride from our home, but it had the WRX model we were interested in looking at. I am so glad we made the trip because the treatment Christopher Sullivan provided us was outstanding. He definitely was well versed on the car’s features, and answered all of our questions without hesitation. I appreciated the fact that he gave us time and space to look the car over without any pressure. This young man exemplifies what a car salesman should be: knowledgeable about his vehicles, but respectful of the buyers’ need to come to a decision. Paperwork was handled efficiently and Christopher had our insurance transferred and our new cards ready before we drove home. I don’t recall the finance person’s name, but he, too, took time and explained the options, asking questions specific to our plans for owning the vehicle so we could make an informed decision as to whether to buy the variety of service plans. I appreciated being able to make my own decision, and not pressured into additional coverage. The showroom is under a renovation, so the temporary facility is nothing to look at, but yew have asked for better treatment. I had a question the follo

There is no way that 5 stars says enough about the service and treatment by Devon M @ Subaru of Morristown. I also traded in a CRV and it went exceptionally well! Devon and Melvin answered all our questions and showed/explained almost everything I need to know about using my new Crosstrek. It was a pleasant, professional experience and we felt we were in excellent hands throughout the whole process. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience getting a 26 Forester! Devon M. was professional and extremely helpful. I also traded in a CR-V and everything was seamless! Went in at 2pm, left around 4:30pm with my new car. Would recommend!

Recently had the pleasure to come back into this dealership and lease my 3rd Subaru. It was my first time leasing and was a breeze! Everything went smoothly especially because I had a great client advisor, Chris Sullivan. Chris has always been there for me and helped me. Back in 2021 he also helped me in picking and purchasing my first new car and first Subaru, which was a Forester. This time around though, I decided to get a impressive and very capable 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness. I am absolutely thrilled with it so far and already went on a road trip to Annapolis, Maryland within the first week of having it. Would highly recommend going here and not to mention the new service center is great! If you do go ask for Chris! Won't steer ya wrong! Pun intended!
